Please watch the short video in case your delivery is late, declined or unassigned so you will understand why. No Tip and Low tip ($0-$4 tip) orders are declined and unassigned A LOT by drivers if there is a 10+ min wait time involved. Drivers aren't paid for wait time. Your delivery order could have already been declined several times by the time I get it. The end result is most always cold food. The best I can do is deliver what the merchant hands me, however late it may already be.

When receiving night time deliveries, for safety and to ensure you receive your order, please be sure to turn your porch light on for me. It's hard to deliver if I can't see you.

SNOW DAY DELIVERIES

Drivers receive no delivery information prior to order pickup so we don't have the option of declining orders in advance. I don't drive a 4x4. I drive a little Toyota coupe that doesn't get around the greatest in the snow. If your street or country driveway is unplowed, you will not receive your order from me. You will need to reorder until someone with a 4x4 accepts it. If you live on a road like this, now is the time to cancel your order and try again.

MCDONALD'S ORDERS: If you didn't include at least a $5 tip (for in town deliveries), and the lobby is closed, your order will most likely be declined, unassigned, and possibly not delivered at all. Drive-thru lines are just too long. Usually a 20-30 min wait. Small tip orders get declined over and over again by drivers. If you want HOT FOOD, increase the amount of your tip.
