MERCHANT ACCUSES DOORDASH DRIVER OF STEALING FOOD | DOORDASH TWIN FALLS - The Dasher Report
​​Accidents do happen, but when your first inclination is to just automatically blame the driver, that's the same as accusing them of stealing which I have zero tolerance for. I will not pick up from this restaurant any more. All proof showing that I did exactly what I was supposed to is shown in this video. Delivery drivers put up with entirely too much BS already and get accused of things that are beyond their control!
BE ADVISED: Because of all of the THEFT and lying that's been going on, I now video record all pickups and deliveries. The driver app is unreliable and crashes constantly. Drivers tend to get blamed A LOT for things that are not their fault.
Coco's Famous Burgers on the DoorDash app also comes from this restaurant. It's a "ghost kitchen". If you google this virtual kitchen in google maps you will find no results. Nothing points to Shari's for Coco's Famous Burgers. If you don't care for Shari's food don't order from Coco's Famous Burgers either because it is the same place and cooked in the same kitchen, most likely using the same ingredients Shari's uses for its normal menu items. This is deceptive and to me, it is the same as lying which is a dishonest business practice and really upsets some customers as well as delivery drivers.
Keeping your HOT items hot and your COLD items cold!
NOTE: When everything runs smoothly (ie; order is ready when I arrive for pickup, traffic is optimal, no long lines, not making multiple deliveries, no app crashes, etc), I am NEVER LATE! There are a lot of contributing factors when it comes to on time deliveries.
