With me, you pay only for the cost of your food + delivery fee (and wait time fee if you ordered from ULW List), or shopping time + delivery fee and that's it. No additional or hidden fees. You can always avoid the wait time fee by ordering from a merchant who is not on the list.
NOTE: When everything runs smoothly (ie; order is ready when I arrive for pickup, traffic is optimal, no long lines, not making multiple deliveries, no app crashes, etc), I am NEVER LATE! There are a lot of contributing factors when it comes to on time deliveries.
