11/12/2022 - My chat session with DD HQ about fair treatment between newbies and seasoned dashers and higher base pay. This is what you get when you contact HQ about pretty much any issue. Scripted answers, fake sincerity... The agent even quit the chat before I was done voicing my concerns. She basically hung up on me via chat! I think I threw so much at her so fast it overwhelmed her, I'm assuming it was a "her". Hard to tell for sure anymore. Yesterday I made a delivery to someone named "Poopy". I had no idea if it was a male or female until I delivered. It was some bull sized guy about 6' tall and 230lbs I would say with gnarly hair. Nicknames shouldn't even be allowed on the doordash platform. Real names only, for safety reasons.
