IF YOU DON'T TIP GENEROUSLY, DON'T EXPECT RED CARPET TREATMENT...
DoorDash CSI Customers - Don't just enter any ole address in the DoorDash app and expect me to just wander the campus looking for you. It's a big place. Not like going up a couple flights of stairs at an apartment complex or at a motel. Know where the address leads when using GPS and meet me at that location, outside. Otherwise your order may get delivered to an undesired location. Campus regulations prohibit me from entering the building. To be quite honest, it's never worth my time coming out here. If DoorDash provided more info up front I would simply decline all delivery offers for CSI. Terms of Service
BE ADVISED: Because of all of the THEFT and lying that's been going on, I now video record all pickups and deliveries. The driver app is unreliable and crashes constantly. Drivers tend to get blamed A LOT for things that are not their fault.
Keeping your HOT items hot and your COLD items cold!
NOTE: When everything runs smoothly (ie; order is ready when I arrive for pickup, traffic is optimal, no long lines, not making multiple deliveries, no app crashes, etc), I am NEVER LATE! There are a lot of contributing factors when it comes to on time deliveries.
