Some Parts Of My Site Are Password Protected

Password Protected areas are for NLD Members Only. To unlock those areas you need to sign up for a FREE Membership then wait for administrative approval. Approval can take up to 24 hours. For approval you will need to provide me with your REAL personal information. Nick names and screen names will not accepted. Providing false information will be grounds for rejecting your membership application. Some people are so bored that they have nothing better to do than troll websites and complain about every little thing, or PSYCHOS that just get a rush out of trying to start trouble and spread hate. Those are the people I want to keep locked out. My site has a lot to offer and I pride myself on maintaining a good reputation. Don't start trouble and you have nothing to worry about. If you start trouble on my site you will be banned and locked out, permanently. THIS is your only warning.

Delivery Services (Respect & Appreciation of Delivery Driver)

I am an independent Contractor with DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats, not an employee. I pay all of my own expenses and taxes. The aforementioned Companies do not pay me a dime extra to help with any of my expenses. The most I get is $2.00 - $2.50 per delivery, out of all those inflated fees they charge you, whether it's going right next door or 20 mi away. They are more inclined to ripping me off than helping in any way. The way YOU show respect and appreciation for my Delivery Service is in the amount of your TIP. Unappreciative people (no tippers and low tippers) will receive no additional assistance from me. A LOW TIPPER is defined as any person who tips less than $5.00 for any in town delivery (.1 - 5 mi radius of merchant) or less than $1.00 per mile for a rural delivery. I will do the absolute bare minimum required by each app when making a delivery to a no tipper or low tipper. Typically, NO TIPPERS & LOW TIPPERS will only receive text messages that are automatically generated by each app, nothing personalized. There is 1 exception, and every person I deliver to will receive the following message (or a variation thereof):

CSI CAMPUS DELIVERIES

Campus rules & regulations prohibit me from entering any campus buildings because I carry a firearm. Too many PSYCHO'S out there these days so I need to protect myself. They're everywhere! Be sure you know where your address takes me, or any delivery driver for that matter, when using GPS and meet me outside at the location specified on the GPS, otherwise you may not receive your delivery. I will not wander the campus looking for YOU. You will have 5 min from the last text notification through the food app before I drop your delivery off at the address you specified in the app. Make sure your delivery address on your profile is current and up to date to avoid any confusion with deliveries.

DoorDash Driver App Crashes - IT'S A BIG PROBLEM!!!

They have one of the worst driver apps I've ever seen! It CRASHES constantly, about 6 times a day when I work a full shift. App crashes cause delivery delays and cold food. I spend more time on the phone with DD HQ fixing things than do making actual deliveries. A real TIME waster. If you desire quality food delivery service, use me independently.

My INDEPENDENT Food Delivery Service (Eliminate the apps, SCAMS and Inflated Prices)

My personal delivery service is legitimate, not a SCAM. Some people are so cynical however, that they don't know a good deal when they see one. They are already blinded by the deceptive practices of most large corporations in existence today. DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats are all guilty of deception to both YOU and me! You can hire me as your "personal" food delivery driver and still pay on a per order basis, but you must first become a member of my site. The membership is completely FREE. Once things are in full swing I will apply to become an LLC company, but that takes money. Your generous TIPS are what will help me achieve this goal. At this point an LLC is not required.

Merchandise Purchase Policy

My goal at neverlatedelivery.com is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient but please understand that I use many different manufacturers who's policies may differ slightly. If You have any questions about my purchase policies, please contact me. Only Members have access to my direct contact information.

Sales Tax (Merchandise)

Any and all sales or use tax will be Your responsibility. Sales tax calculations on the web site are an estimate only. Your true sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and presented to You at the time of product delivery.

Return Policy (Merchandise)

Refunds will be handled according to each individual store's policies. Please contact me for instructions on how to return should the need arise.

Rebates

I provide You every opportunity to save on your purchase. I offer rebates directly from the manufacturers when they are available. Most rebates and coupon offers are subject to their own terms and conditions as specified by the rebate sponsor and processor.

While I take every precaution to insure all products and pricing are correct on my website, mistakes do occur. Should You find a mistake please contact me. Prices and the availability of products and my services are subject to change without notice. Despite my best efforts, I will, from time to time, make pricing mistakes. I will promptly correct any mistakes as I become aware of them. I reserve the right to revoke any offer and/or correct any error at any time, including after an order has been submitted and even in the event that your method of payment has been charged. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY ME YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, You agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting me by email prior to taking any other action. Failure to contact me to attempt a dispute resolution prior to taking any other action will result in a breach of this Agreement by You. Any resolution to Your dispute will be considered by me in good faith and You agree to abide by my decision. Should You seek a remedy in a court of law, it will be Your responsibility to pay my legal fees. In addition, You hereby waive any right to a trial by jury in the event of any controversy or claim relating to this Agreement. This Agreement and Your use of my web site are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and the State of Idaho will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Agreement or any other controversy between You and me. In addition to the foregoing, in the event of any breach or violation of this Agreement, I shall be entitled to enforce all of my legal remedies for the breach or wrongful activity including, but not limited to, seeking actual damages, the maximum amount of statutory damages under applicable statutes and Acts, profits, treble damages, and attorneys' fees and costs. These remedies and damages are in addition to the monetary payments described above and/or any amounts otherwise due under this Agreement.

Contact (Direct)

Direct contact with me is only available to my members. This keeps out any PSYCHOS. Non-members can contact me through the food delivery app during delivery. After delivery you will have no way of reaching me.

Agreement Updates

This Agreement is effective as of November, 28, 2022. I reserve the right to revise this policy from time to time without prior notice.
