These guys are UNDERSTAFFED and are very busy most days. It takes forever for them to answer you on the speaker when you pull into your spot. They have very long wait times so I don't wait. Most orders that come from here are "garbage" orders ($0 - $3 tips). Unless it's a big order with a good tip, I decline most all orders from Sonic.
