EXTRA PAY FOR LONG WAIT TIMES
Dashers should receive extra pay for long wait times. Why should we work or wait for FREE?

Almost every day that I work I come across yet another merchant who is experiencing UNDERSTAFFING and/or are EXTREMELY BUSY. I understand there may be a few minute wait but when the wait time starts running 20-30 minutes, that's entirely too long! We should either be compensated for our time or allowed to unassign the delivery without penalty. STOP lowering our "delivery completion rate" for unassigning these long wait time merchants.

Below is a current list of merchants in Twin Falls with unusually long wait times (updated regularly). The waits are so long that I don't even pick up from them anymore during busy hours unless the order pays very well. I definately don't pick up for a $0 to $3 tip:

25 minutes or longer - Understaffed, Very Busy! I won't pick up from here anymore.

20 minutes or longer - Understaffed, Very Busy! I won't pick up from here anymore.

20 minutes or longer - Understaffed - Periodic lobby closings, only drive-thru open with very long lines! Before 5pm is when they have the longest, slowest drive-thru lines. I rarely pick up from here anymore.

25 minutes or longer - Understaffed, EXTREMELY BUSY on Fri & Sat! I rarely pick up from here anymore.

20 minutes or longer - Understaffed - Lobby closes often, only drive-thru open with very long line! I won't pick up from here anymore.

15 minutes or longer - Understaffed - As hard as they try, you will most likely still have a long wait. I rarely pick up from here anymore.

25 minutes or longer - Understaffed - Constant computer and system issues. I won't pick up from here anymore.
