The equasion you are using to calculate on time deliveries is not accurate for Twin Falls.

On Time Or Early Rating - Traffic

Traffic here is really bad and if we're lucky, we can do 20mph in our 35mph zones but Thur - Sun usually not. The averages you use for delivery times are way off and causes late deliveries. Because of this, my "On Time or Early Rating" is at 92% when it should be at 100%. I was in the military so punctuality, as well as hot food, is my main focus here and is just as important to me as it is the customer! Long wait times is another factor...
