WEBSITE AUTHOR COMMENT:
It's not just "a few bad apples" anymore, it's "entire orchards!" This just goes to show you that "we the people" will get more justice from "the court of public opinion" than we ever will from a court of law that constantly releases career criminals, and this includes COPS.
