An officer shoots and kills her neighbor thinking he was an intruder. Reasonable mistake or murder?

COPS are a thing of the past. They are no longer here to PROTECT & SERVE the "citizens". The only thing they protect & serve are their own interests! Sure, there are a few good cops left but, how do we tell them apart when they are standing right next to a corrupt cop, doing nothing and allowing their partner(s) to trample all over our Constitutional Rights??? We ALL need to learn how to handle our own situations and not call the cops... THEY will only take a report, nothing more.
