VIEWER COMMENT:
All officers involved should be immediately arrested, charged, and prosecuted under title 18 U.S.C. section 241 conspiracy against rights, title 18 U.S.C. section 242 deprivation of rights under color of law. Title 5 U.S.C. section 7311 Ex. ORD. No. 10450 subsection 5, title 18 U.S.C. section 1918. They should be charged with assault and battery, kidnapping, and violating his 1st,14th section 1 amendment constitutionally protected rights, liberties, privileges, and immunities.
